From one-night goal-setting sessions to year-long community visioning efforts, Rapp Consulting Group tailors the strategic planning process to the needs of the organization and the community. They work with organizational and community leaders, helping them articulate their challenges, develop strategic priorities, and define actionable follow-through. Using a process that clarifies desired outcomes, performance indicators and success measures–the organization’s strategic “guidance system” is established. Alternative Service Delivery – Many organizations have tried to cut costs or improve performance by pursuing consolidation, outsourcing or privatization strategies. These approaches are effective but difficult to implement — from both political and organizational perspectives.
